EVENTS
Walter Carrington, one of the first teachers trained by FM Alexander, developed ways of using a wooden 'horse' with a proper saddle to help pupils rediscover better ways to both sit and to release hips and legs.
Sarah Witkin is both a qualified Alexander teacher and BHS riding instructor who has used saddle work with many pupils, both riders and non-riders. In this workshop she will be demonstrating how effective this work can be and how she has incorporated it into her teaching. There will also be time during the morning for some semi-supine and worksharing.
The event will be in the Conference room at Moulsham Mill and costs £40. For more information or to book please email infoateuk@gmail.com
